Bring back totally awesome memories by celebrating the music, trends and events of the 1980’s. Peg your stonewashed jeans, tease your hair, and grab your friends…This is your chance to relive the 1980s! Outrageous Live Cover Bands, Best Dressed Contest, a huge display of 80’s Memorabilia, Retro Video Games, Breakdancing Show and much more.

We're excited to announce the we have officially donated over $1,000,000!! TOTALLY AWESOME!!! We are so thankful for a community that embraces tourism, for all of the volunteers who have given their time, for the sponsors who generously support the event, and for all of you- who come and enjoy the party!

We started this festival in 2005 in memory of our mom, Jill Zehnder, who passed away in 1999 at the age of 43 after a brief battle with cancer. We come together each year to raise money for cancer prevention, bereavement, hospice care, treatment, among many other things. Together we have made a difference in so many people’s lives, and that is our motivation to keep this going. Over the years, this event has become quite the party that thousands of people look forward to and plan for months in advance. I am the youngest of Jill’s daughters and head up the operation along with my sisters, Jodi Reinert and Juli Cleary, and cousins Shelley VanWormer and Cameron Sanborn.

Sincerely, Jeanna Rogner, President Bringin’ Back the 80s Festival
